No. If you already know which One Step Center service you need, you may purchase it directly. The Strategy Session is intended for businesses that want to discuss their needs before making a decision.
You’ll participate in a focused, 60-minute discussion about your business, current operational challenges, and goals. If appropriate, we’ll identify the One Step Center service best suited to your needs and discuss the next step.
No. The Strategy Session is not an implementation, troubleshooting, consulting, or training session. Its purpose is to determine service fit and, when appropriate, recommend the most appropriate One Step Center service.
If One Step Center determines that its services are not the right fit, no additional services will be recommended or offered. Purchasing, attending, or completing a Strategy Session does not guarantee eligibility for additional One Step Center services.
No. The $250 Strategy Session fee covers the reserved appointment time and the session itself. It is non-refundable and is not credited toward future services.
Yes. Have a list of the software platforms and systems your business currently uses, along with any questions or operational challenges you would like to discuss.
Yes. One reschedule is permitted when completed through the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are treated as late cancellations and require a new purchase.
Late arrivals receive only the time remaining in the scheduled session. Clients who have not joined within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time are considered a no-show. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable and require a new Strategy Session purchase.
Strategy Sessions are conducted by phone. A brief screen share may be used only when One Step Center determines that visual context is necessary. Technical issues do not extend the scheduled session.
Yes. If you do not currently use a CRM or are considering a new platform, One Step Center may recommend an option based on the needs discussed during your Strategy Session. One Step Center may participate in affiliate, referral, channel partner, or other partner programs and may receive compensation if you purchase through an eligible referral. You are responsible for deciding whether the recommended platform is right for your business.
